Steve and Mick started the original works in August 2019 consisting off refurbishing the existing bungalow in to a modern dwelling, we first built a new double storey extension to the left hand side of bungalow including all rendering and plastering plus the new timber roof structure plus the flat roofing as shown in picture.
On phase 2 of the job we the built a new single storey porch and plastered the inside plus pitched and felted the new roof.
On phase 3 we then stripped off the existing front of the bungalow roof and pitched the new timber roof structure and also carried out all the steel work on the inside of the new roof.
The other companies we used on this work was flat roofing empire roofing services, sceptre construction timber roof work plus Luke turner plastering, all other works was finished by Taylor brothers to completion on this job.
